Question: What is a Standard Installation?
Answer: A standard installation is an installation on a ground floor brick home or building. The indoor unit will be installed on the inside of an external wall. The outdoor unit will be installed directly behind the indoor unit but on the outside wall.
Question: When do I need a Condensate Pump?
Answer: When the Indoor Unit is installed on an internal wall (which means the other side of the wall is still inside the house) a condensate pump is required.
Question: Where can I put my outdoor unit when I have no space on the ground?
Answer: The Unit can be mounted on the wall or the roof, this is an additional cost, please see optional extras tab for details.
Question: I have an old Split System that I would like removed, can you do that?
Answer: Yes, we can decommission and remove any existing Split System from your property. Please see optional extras tab for details.
Question: The Indoor Unit and Outdoor Unit cannot be installed back to back, can I still get a system installed?
