Home Maintenance Membership Terms and Conditions
By making YOUR first payment to D&L ELECTRICAL AND AIR PTY LTD, YOU the subscriber, agree to enter into a reoccurring subscription plan.
Total cost of the monthly Home Maintenance Membership over 12 months is $240 ($264 inc GST). The monthly Home Maintenance Membership is billed automatically on a monthly basis of $22 inc GST after the first initial payment, prices are subject to change after 12 months of initial payment.
Total cost of the yearly Home Maintenance membership over 12 months is $220 ($242 inc GST). The yearly Home Maintenance membership is billed automatically on a yearly basis of $242 inc GST after the first initial payment, and prices are subject to change.
- 1x Air-Conditioning service (Cassette, wall mounted split, split ducted reverse cycle, evaporative system)
- 1x Electrical Safety inspection (This is a visual inspection only of the switchboard, roof space, and general areas of residential occupation)
- 1x Smoke Alarm Audit (Check the battery, Check that it’s wired correctly, check if it complies with Australian standards, check the location, check that it is functioning correctly)
- 10% off all quoted works up to the discounted value of $1000 ex GST will be available immediately after initial payment of the subscription.
Redemption of Membership Inclusions provided in the Home Maintenance Membership (Electrical Safety inspection, Smoke Alarm Audit, and Air-Conditioning service) must be carried out at the same date and time and at the same address and will be booked in 12 months from the date of the initial payment when subscribed to the monthly membership. When subscribed to the yearly membership, all Membership Inclusions will be available immediately. An Employee from D&L ELECTRICAL AND AIR PTY LTD will contact YOU to discuss the booking date immediately if subscribed to the Yearly membership, or 11 months after initial payment if subscribed to the monthly membership.
If YOU are subscribed to the monthly membership and wish to waive the 12 month waiting period, YOU may do so at any time by paying the remaining balance of the membership amount for the 12 month period. For example, if YOU wish to book the Membership Inclusions in month 4 of the Monthly Home Maintenance Membership, the balance of $176 (being $264 less the $88 already paid) will be payable.
If YOUR payment is declined during an active Home Maintenance Membership subscription, WE will attempt to retry up to 4 times within 2 weeks. Emails will be sent to the email address provided during sign up, notifying YOU of a payment failure. If all payment retries fail, YOUR Home Maintenance Membership subscription will be cancelled, and YOU will forfeit any and all of the Membership Inclusions provided by the Home Maintenance Membership subscription.
If YOU decide to cancel YOUR Home Maintenance Membership subscription. YOU must email email@example.com requesting cancellation of YOUR Home Maintenance Membership subscription, and provide your Full Name and Address details YOU provided during sign up. By cancelling YOUR Home Maintenance Membership, YOU will forfeit any and all of the Membership Inclusions provided by the Home Maintenance Membership subscription.
